You can see it peppered all over this site:

Balance & Performance by Working In & Out

But what does it mean?

It means that we are aware that our mind, body and soul are inextricably connected, and must therefore be envisioned as a whole.

It means that we understand that we can’t just blindly push ourselves to perform in all areas of our life. If we push ourselves too hard physically, we will hurt ourselves. If we only work on our mind without tapping into our soul, we will fall short.

It means that we elect to cultivate ease and presence, so that we can both be here now, while striving to be—if we are so inclined—wherever our dreams and instinct call us.

It means that we accept that we can better leap if we are first grounded, and that being in balance can help us generate even more power, be it physically, mentally or emotionally.

It means that we are mindful of what we allow into ourselves—food, thoughts, stimuli of all kinds—and that we consciously select what nourishes us in all aspects.

It means that we recognize that life in itself is rich, complex and full of surprises, and that the pursuit of playful practice rather than perfection will guide us on the path of joy.

It means choosing to think and act from a place of love rather than a place of fear. Over and over and over again.
