3 Bouncy Bespectacled Bodyweight Circuits (That’ll Have You Sweating Buckets)

I absolutely love using all kinds of exercise implements — which I routinely refer to as my “toys” — but let’s face it: sometimes all we have available is… our own body in all its glory!

Whether you’re traveling, squeezed for space at home, or just in the mood for something completely different, bodyweight workouts are always a fun way to shake things up, and challenge yourself in new ways.  With this in mind, for your pleasure, here are three circuits that are guaranteed to leave you breathless and burning, but with a wide smile on your face (or at least I hope!)


Set an interval timer for 6 rounds of 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Perform the following circuit:

Squat Thrust
Up Down Plank
Pike Push-Up
Pulse Squat
Reptile
Superperson

Complete this circuit 3 to 6 times, resting 60 seconds at the bottom of each round.


Set a timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises:

Jump Lunge & Squat Combo (5 reps)
Push-Up (5 reps)
Star Jump (5 reps)
Supergirl Push-Up (5 reps)

Rest as needed throughout the workout to keep the best
quality of movement and the most intensity possible!


Set an interval timer for 6 blocks of 30 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
Perform the following exercises:

Skater Jump
Walkout
Burpee
Bear Crawl
High Knees
Push-Up

Perform the entire circuit 4 to 5 times.
